If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at help@airquit.shop where we will attempt to organise a partial/full refund.


Returns

    Due to the nature of our product, we do not offer returns. However, you are still fully covered by our 30-day policy if you’re not satisfied.


    Damaged or Defective Items

    If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival:

    1. Contact us immediately within 3 days of delivery.
    2. Provide clear photos and a video showing the issue.
    3. If confirmed, we will either process a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

    We want you to get the full Air Quit experience before deciding. That’s why our guarantee starts after you’ve completed your 30-day trial. If you still don’t feel the difference, you have another 7 days to email us at help@airquit.shop. We’ll be happy to arrange a partial or full refund. If you’re using the Air Quit Evo, just send us a quick photo showing you’ve used all of your core packs so we can process your request quickly.

    This applies to the necklace and the Evo. All other products are not covered by this guarantee. 


    Refunds

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
    • The refund amount will exclude any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase.
    • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account after processing.
